Some call it the Holy Grail or Coffee Nirvana, but we can all agree that to achieve espresso perfection is the goal of every true coffee head. Hard to achieve in a coffee shop with the best of professional equipment and almost impossible to achieve at home with reasonably priced home equipment. So we’ve developed a simple easy to use single shot machine along with our proprietary single shot capsule system. Each single shot capsule has been perfectly paired with our highly engineered machine and provides consistent extraction, which extenuates the aromatics, acidity and body of the coffee. This machine is equipped with an automatic Pre-infusion process (factory set) only found in more expensive machines.
