INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 CUP COCONUT MILK / 1/4 CUP FILTERED WATER /
  • 1 TEASPOON ORGANIC MAS MATCHA GREEN TEA POWDER
  • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA POWDER
  • 2 TABLESPOONS COLLAGEN PROTEIN POWDER (OPTIONAL)
  • STEVIA OR HARDWOOD XYLITOL (OPTIONAL)

DIRECTIONS: IN THE CENTRALBRU FROTHER, HEAT THE COCONUT MILK AND WATER THEN REMOVE FROM THE HEAT. ADD THE MATCHA TEA POWDER AND VANILLA POWDER UNTIL YOU HAVE A CREAMY CONSISTENCY WITH A LAYER OF FOAM ON TOP. (OPTIONAL) ADD THE PROTEIN POWDER AND LIGHTLY BLEND UNTIL THE PROTEIN IS MIXED IN. KETO ICED MATCHA LATTE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 TEASPOON MAS MATCHA GREEN TEA POWDER
  • 1/2 TABLESPOON MCT OIL
  • 1/2 TEASPOON STEVIA POWDER (OR PREFERRED SWEETENER TO TASTE)
  • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
  • 1 TABLESPOON COLLAGEN PROTEIN
  • 1 CUP COCONUT MILK, FROZEN INTO ICE CUBES
  • 1 CUP WATER
  • 1/2 – 1 TEASPOON ASHWAGANDHA OR ADAPTOGENIC HERB OF CHOICE (OPTIONAL)

DIRECTIONS: ADD ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT COLLAGEN POWDER TO A HIGH-POWERED BLENDER. BLEND UNTIL FULLY COMBINED AND COMPLETELY SMOOTH. TASTE AND ADJUST THE SWEETNESS IF NEEDED. ADD THE COLLAGEN LIGHTLY BLEND UNTIL JUST INCORPORATED TO AVOID DAMAGING PROTEINS. POUR OVER ICE AND ENJOY IMMEDIATELY.

VANILLA MATCHA LATTE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 TSP OF QUALITY MATCHA POWDER
  • 1 TBSP MCT OIL
  • 1 TBSP GRASS-FED BUTTER OR GHEE
  • 1-2 TBSP COLLAGEN PROTEIN
  • 1 TSP VANILLA POWDER
  • 2 TBSP COCONUT CREAM
  • 12 OUNCES BOILING WATER
  • OPTIONAL: 1-2 TSP OF SWEETENER OF CHOICE

DIRECTIONS: ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO THE CENTRALBRU FROTHER AND HEAT UNTIL HOT. WHEN THE MIXTURE HAS BEEN HEATED, POUR INTO A HIGH-SPEED BLENDER AND BLEND ON HIGH FOR 30 SECONDS, OR UNTIL FROTHY AND CREAMY. POUR INTO A MUG AND ENJOY.

  • 1/4 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
  • PINCH OF SALT

  • 1/4 HONEY OR MAPLE SYRUP
  • 3/4 CUP OF WATER

DIRECTIONS: DRAIN AND RINSE THE SOAKED PISTACHIOS AND ADD TO A HIGH-SPEED BLENDER OT NUTRI BULLET WITH 3/4 OF A CUP OF WATER. BLEND FOR 30 SECONDS AND POUR PISTACHIO MILK THROUGH A STAINLESS-STEEL FINE MESH SIEVE. PLACE THE PISTACHIO MILK IN THE CENTRALBRU FROTHER AND ADD ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND CONTINUE TO FROTH UNTIL HOT.

  • 1/2 TEASPOON RAW HEMP SEEDS
  • 1/8 TEASPOON GROUND CARDAMOM
  • 1 TEASPOON OF CHOICE
  • 1 TEASPOON RAW COCONUT OIL
  • 1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
  • LESS THAN A DASH OF SALT

DIRECTIONS: PLACE WATER INTO A CENTRALBRU FROTHER AND HEAT UNTIL STEAMING. PLACE ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER OR NUTRI BULLET AND BLEND UNTIL CREAMY AND SMOOTH. COMBINE TOGETHER, BLEND AND ENJOY.
